Swire Resources Ltd.
Swire Resources acts as the holding company for extensive retail and wholesale interests in sports and active footwear and apparel brands. The company operates over 200 retail outlets in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China, primarily consisting of three multi-brand sports and casual retail chains: Marathon Sports, GigaSports and Catalog. Marathon Sports, first opened in the early 1980s, is Hong Kong's largest sportswear retail chain.

Swire Resources holds distribution right for a number of leading sports and casual shoes and leisurewear brands such as Aerosoles, Arena, Champion, Columbia, Rockport, Surf-Siders and Teva. The company operates a number of concept stores for brands it distributes in Hong Kong and in Mainland China. In 2006, Swire Resources formed a joint venture with PUMA AG to distribute Puma products in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Intermarket Agencies (Far East) Ltd.
As a joint venture with the Pentland Group of the UK, the company distributes Speedo swimwear in Hong Kong.

Bel Air Motors Ltd.
This company acquired the Taiwan distributorship for Volkswagen light commercial vehicles in 2005. Bel Air distributes a wide range of light vehicles for commercial use, including Multivan, Shuttle, and Pointer.

Beldare Motors Ltd.
Beldare Motors Ltd. holds the exclusive distributorship for Volkswagen passenger cars, and imports and distributes a wide range of passenger vehicles, from luxury sedans to mini compact cars. Beldare has developed an extensive sales and service network.

Liberty Motors Ltd.
The company acquired the Audi distributorship in Taiwan in May 2002, approximately two years after obtaining the Volkswagen distributorship. Audi carries a full line of luxury sedans and high performance sports cars and coupes, and franchisee Liberty Motors aims to provide high quality products and services to its customers and position Audi amongst the top brands in the premium car segment in Taiwan.

Taikoo Commercial Vehicles Ltd.
This company imports, markets, distributes and services Volvo trucks and buses in Taiwan. It operates sales and service centres in all major cities, supported by a network of authorised dealerships and workshops.

Taikoo Motorcycle Ltd.
In June 2007, Harley-Davidson Motor Company signed an exclusive distributorship agreement with Taikoo Motorcycle Limited Taiwan Branch (TMLTB), a newly established subsidiary company of Taikoo Motors Taiwan. TMLTB is the first authorised distributor of the sales and service of the Harley-Davidson motorcycles, genuine parts and accessories, and its branded merchandise in the Taiwan market.

Yuntung Motors Ltd.
This company is the importer and distributor of KIA, the most popular Korean brand of cars in Taiwan. The product line is focused on advanced design and high-quality RV models, such as the Sorento, Carnival, Euro Carens and Eurostar models. Yuntung has successfully positioned KIA as the leading imported RV brand in Taiwan.
