AZURA's Architectural Design Exemplifies Modern Simplicity

Swire Properties today introduces to the media the architectural features of AZURA, the Company's latest residential development in Mid-Levels West. Enveloped in a unique glass design that emphasises space and light, AZURA embodies a modern, minimalist living environment inspired by nature.

Architectural design exemplifies minimalist elegance
To facilitate access, AZURE features two entrances: at the lower ground entrance on Seymour Road, escalators connect residents directly to the ground floor lobby; while the Castle Road vehicle entrance features a covered roundabout and drop-off area with an extended overhead clearance of 20m.

The marble cladding of AZURA is counterpointed by landscaping, which both signals the importance of natural elements in the building's architecture and helps to insulate the property from traffic. The design of the glass exterior of the podium complements the windows and balconies of the residential units, presenting a unified and harmonious scheme.

Interior design inspired by open and natural spaces
AZURA accommodates three apartments on each floor in a fan-shaped layout, which offers residents a high level of privacy as well as maximising city and harbour views for all units.

The design of the building structure enhances ventilation and double-glazed windows and low-emissivity glass are used in each unit as well as in the main foyer, thereby minimising noise levels, regulating indoor air temperatures and conserving energy.

Thoughtfully-designed Clubhouse caters for leisure and entertainment
Named the AZURA HOUSE, the spacious duplex clubhouse has an area of approximately 20,000 sq ft. and provides an array of facilities for sports and leisure activities for residents, including a 20m-long outdoor heated swimming pool. The spacious Reading Lounge, complete with the luxury of an authentic fireplace, is an ideal place to relax. The banquet hall at the clubhouse features a fully-equipped kitchen for catering, making it a welcoming venue for residents to entertain their family and friends.

Located at 2A Seymour Road, AZURA is Swire Properties' latest residential project in Mid-Levels West. The development comprises 126 spacious units with typical units ranging from approximately 1,650 to 2,100 sq ft in size.
