City Realty and Swire Properties celebrated the groundbreaking of their ultra luxury residential development on Wireless Road. This marks a significant milestone for the project following the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval obtained in the first quarter of 2025 granting permission for construction.
The groundbreaking ceremony was officiated by Chali Sophonpanich, President of City Realty, Tim Blackburn, Chief Executive of Swire Properties, alongside Casey Au and Thomas Woolsey, Co-Managing Directors of City Dynamic, a joint venture between the two companies.

Designed by the internationally acclaimed architects, Foster + Partners, through its local entity F&P (Thailand) Ltd., the towers will offer panoramic views of Lumphini Park and Benjakitti Park. The development is expected to be completed in 2029.
