HAECO Director Movements

Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited (HAECO) announced today that Mr. Keith W. Law will retire from the Board of the Company with effect from the close of business on 31st January 2002 and the resulting vacancy will be filled by Mr. Mark Hayman with effect from 1st February, 2002.
