Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co. Ltd. (HAECO) announced today (27th February, 2007) the setting up of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Singapore HAECO Pte Ltd. (SHAECO), to provide line maintenance services at Singapore Changi International Airport.
Mr. PK Chan, Deputy Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of HAECO, stated "Setting up of a MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) in Singapore is in direct response to demands of our customers. We are therefore pleased with the opportunity to serve the Singapore market and are confident of working with our customers and relevant Singapore Authorities in order to make a positive contribution to the growth of aviation business there."
