Swire Pacific Mandates US$ Bond Issue

Swire Pacific Limited today announced that the company has mandated HSBC and Morgan Stanley as Joint Bookrunners on a US$ 10-year Reg S Eurobond offering. The offering will be launched following a roadshow in Asia and Europe next week, subject to market conditions, FSA/Stabilisation applies. Proceeds of the offering will be used for the Swire Pacific group's general corporate funding requirements.
