Swire Properties today (Monday, 11th August 2003) is delighted to announce the sale of House 4, the sole remaining residence at 3 Coombe Road, for HK$66.3 million, representing $15,158 psf. House 4 is a detached house of 4,374 sq ft, with garden and terraces of 2,682 sq ft.
