Swire Properties Announces All Houses at 3 Coombe Road Were Sold

Swire Properties today (Monday, 11th August 2003) is delighted to announce the sale of House 4, the sole remaining residence at 3 Coombe Road, for HK$66.3 million, representing $15,158 psf. House 4 is a detached house of 4,374 sq ft, with garden and terraces of 2,682 sq ft.

"We are pleased to have sold out all the houses within six weeks of launch, with transaction levels reflecting the uniqueness of this special development," said Mr Adrian To, Senior Development Manager of Swire Properties.

The sale of the four houses at 3 Coombe Road generated a total of HK$267.58 million, representing about HK$15,300 psf on average.
