Swire Properties announces price list for EIGHT STAR STREET

Swire Properties today officially released a price list and revealed the sales arrangements for EIGHT STAR STREET, the Company's highly-anticipated upscale residential development in the Starstreet Precinct.

In total, 30 units will be available for sale and covers the project's vast collection of one- to three-bedroom apartments which range from 431 sq ft to 913 sq ft. Highlights include: six spacious one-bedroom flats located on the middle to high floors; a variety of distinctive two-bedroom apartments, six of which feature private flat roofs; and two exclusive three-bedroom homes that occupy an entire floor, one of which has an extensive private flat roof.

The units are available from HK$16,329,000 to HK$44,137,000, or HK$34,743 to HK$48,343 per sq ft (saleable area). All 30 units will be placed on the market starting 27 March, and a special five per cent (5%) discount will be offered to buyers until 30 April. The price list and details of the sales arrangements are now available on the EIGHT STAR STREET website.
