Swire Properties calls for tender on a unique EIGHT STAR STREET three-bedroom simplex

Company to launch exclusive offers on four additional one- and two-bedroom units

Swire Properties announced today that a specially selected apartment from its upscale residential development EIGHT STAR STREET will be put up for tender and potential homebuyers can enjoy limited-time discounts on four other apartments.

Among the 18 design layouts on offer, Unit 21A is a three-bedroom en-suite apartment with a saleable area of 913 sq ft and is one of the few remaining simplexes in the development. The tender runs from late November 2022 to January 2023 only.

Swire Properties will also update the Price List and introduce limited-time discounts on four additional one and two-bedroom units (2B, 2C, 3B and 11B), spanning 431 sq ft to 555 sq ft (saleable areas). Purchasers will enjoy an extra three per cent (3%) discount if they purchase before 31 January 2023.

Two exquisitely designed show flats are ready for prospective buyers to explore and experience personally the distinctive development situated at the heart of the chic Starstreet Precinct.
