Swire Properties Selected as Constituent of the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index

Swire Properties Limited (Stock Code: 1972) is pleased to announce that it has been selected as a constituent member of the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index ("HSSUS"), which will take effect from 14 September 2015.

The HSSUS comprises 30 listed companies from Hong Kong who have performed outstandingly in the field of corporate sustainability. Companies are selected based on a comprehensive sustainability assessment undertaken by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency, an independent and professional assessment body. The process ensures that the index is objective and reliable, thereby providing a credible benchmark for sustainability investments. In addition to the HSSUS, Swire Properties Limited has been included in the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Benchmark Index since September 2013.
