Swire Properties today revealed the architectural design of ARGENTA, the Company's latest premium residential development in the prestigious Mid-Levels district. Located in close proximity to green parks and open spaces, including Caine Lane Garden, Caine Road Garden and Blake Garden, ARGENTA features a streamlined, 140-foot curved glass facade offering spectacular 270° panoramic views of the city and surrounding greenery. With 30 exquisite apartments, each occupying an entire floor, ARGENTA is set to become a new landmark in one of Hong Kong's most coveted residential areas.
"ARGENTA benefits from its green surroundings in the Mid-Levels, which complement its striking architectural design," commented Jessica Pong, Swire Properties' Senior Sales Manager, Residential. "Its ultra-modern glass facade and floor to ceiling windows in every apartment provide residents with sweeping views of Victoria Harbour, the city skyline and natural scenery."
Designed with sustainability in mind, the exterior uses double-glazed glass with operable windows to minimise sound and allow in natural light, reducing indoor temperatures and providing natural interior ventilation. The building's sleek contours have also been highlighted with energy-saving LED lighting.
The designer behind the project is AB Concept, an award-winning international architectural and design firm, whose innovative work on ARGENTA is poised to set new design standards for residential projects in the Mid-Levels.
ARGENTA comprises 28 three-bedroom apartments with two ensuites of 2,728 sq ft, and two exclusive units consisting of a double-storey penthouse of 4,450 sq ft and a simplex of 2,640 sq ft, both with their own spacious terraces. Featuring private lift lobbies, balconies and high ceilings of approximately 3.5 m, these apartments have been designed to offer residents space and privacy. The development's convenient dual entrance design will allow residents to access the development via either Seymour Road or Caine Road.
ARGENTA is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2013.
