Tommy, who works at EAST Hong Kong, took Harmony, an aspiring hospitality professional, behind the scenes so she could fully understand how hotels operate and provide wonderful guest experiences. Over at another Swire Operating Company, Jessica, from Swire Coca-Cola, encouraged Jacob to follow his dream of creating joyful events by stepping outside his comfort zone and energising how he interacts with others. Jacob’s enthusiasm, in turn, offered Jessica a fresh perspective.
