The first batch of apartments on sale includes a selection of 180 units from the first and second price lists2, comprising one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts3 with saleable areas ranging from 418 sq ft to 899 sq ft4. Listed prices range from HK$7,538,000 to HK$23,774,0005, or HK$18,033 to HK$26,445 per sq ft6 (saleable area). Prices after the available discounts of 15%7 range from HK$6,407,000 to HK$20,208,0008,9, or HK$15,328 to HK$22,479 per sq ft8,10 (saleable area).

The Headland Residences is a new residential development in Chai Wan, developed jointly by Swire Properties and China Motor Bus Company, Limited.
