John Swire & Sons (H.K.) was recently recognised as a “Level 1 Disability Inclusive Supporter” at the Caring Employer Medal 2025 ceremony, organised by the Labour and Welfare Bureau. We also received a Disability Inclusive Employer Badge from CareER, an NGO dedicated to providing career support for people with disabilities. Both awards highlight our efforts in promoting workplace inclusion.
Swire Trust sponsored the launch of the CareER Diversity Inclusion Index in 2021, which evaluates the diversity and inclusion strategies of participating companies based on various metrics. Since then, Swire and several of our operating companies have actively engaged in its initiatives to uphold our commitment. Recently, we also participated in CareER’s Inclusive Recruitment Fair, offering job opportunities and career prospects to individuals with diverse talents.
We will continue honouring our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
