Cathay has opened its first retail space, launching an innovative, premium travel lifestyle “online to offline to online” shopping experience for customers. Located in the Cityplaza shopping mall, the exclusive new space has been designed with every part of the shopping journey in mind, from product curation – including the creation of Cathay-branded merchandise – to flexible payment and delivery options and the opportunity to earn reward miles with every purchase. To celebrate the opening, Cathay gave away six million Asia Miles.
