Swire Properties Releases the First Price List for THE HEADLAND RESIDENCES

Swire Properties today officially released the first price list for THE HEADLAND RESIDENCES, a highly anticipated premium residential development located in Chai Wan on Hong Kong Island’s east coast1.

The first price list includes 120 units in Phase 1 of the development2, which consists of 592 units in Tower 2 and Tower 3. The list includes 20 one-bedroom apartments, 84 two-bedroom apartments and 16 three-bedroom apartments3. These units cover a variety of layouts, with sizes ranging from 418 sq f t to 899 sq ft4 that meet market demands from aspirational homebuyers and multi-generational households to professionals and investors.

The units are available at prices from HK$7,538,000 to HK$22,881,0005, or HK$18,033 to HK$25,452 per sq ft (saleable area)6. Among the offerings in the first price list is a spacious one-bedroom apartment of 418 sq ft4at Unit F on the 5th Floor of Tower 2, priced at HK$6,407,0008,9 after discount, or HK$ 15,328 per sq ft8,10. For buyers looking for more space, a thoughtfully designed two-bedroom apartment of 512 sq ft4 is available at Unit F on the 5th Floor of Tower 3 with a discounted price of HK$7,884,0008,9, or HK$15,398 per sq ft8,10. The exquisite three-bedroom en suite apartment, complete with a utility room, at Unit B on the 5th Floor of Tower 2 is offered at HK$17,205,0008,9 after discount, or HK$19,138 per sq 8,10. All prices reflect the discounts available.7

The Headland Residences is a new residential development in Chai Wan, developed jointly by Swire Properties and China Motor Bus Company, Limited.
